Customer Reviews

I tested this housing at home before our trip and it worked. Unfortunately, while snorkeling the second day, it leaked and damaged my camera. I am trying to get a refund and no one wants to take responsibility for the design flaw that allows leakage.
As previous reviewers noted, it is difficult to use your camera's controls and after my experience, I would warn any potential purchaser to look elsewhere.

Before writing this review, I contacted the seller and they have ignored me.
This Product is completely useless I returned from holiday 6 months ago, the holiday which I decided to purchase this product for
If you can imagine trying to swim underwater with a life jacket, that's what its like Firstly the thing is way to buoyant so you can't get under water. The camera continuously moves around in the bag so sometimes you get really bad photos as the end of the bag ends up across the lens. I followed the instructions on this device precisely, first when I got home in the bath and second when I arrived on my holiday.
They advertise Underwater housing for up to 30 feet depth, Unless you attach weights to this bag you won't get it to 30 Feet! They also advertise Accordion style lens tube with two finger adjusters gives user full control, you have NO control at all, you are trying to get the bag under water, its trying to float to the surface and try to turn your lens inside this bag is just impossible. Last but not least the dam thing leaked Thank GOD I used the initiative to put some tissue paper underneath the camera and in the "Accordion Style Lens" Just incase it DID leak.
I was taking photos of choral and fish on the surface while snorkeling and after about 10mins I thought I would check and I noticed water inside around the end of the lens. I took it out of the water and found that the tissue paper was soaked. Camera is Ok but I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this Its $80 worth of rubbish Almost paid the same price as the device in shipping too
It also fogs up becoming impossible to see what you are trying to take photos of.
