I bought a new cannon to take pictures of my baby and family and bought this tripod to go with it. I have only used it a couple times so far, but so far so good. The height is great (it's actually way taller than what I need, but can be adjusted with ease) and it has worked out well for what I needed it for.
This tripod is great. It's sturdy, light, can be adusted in all directions, can tilt, the mount easily removes to remove your device (camera, video camera) from the tripod base quickly. The shipping was excellent as I received my purchase 3 days ahead of time. And 72" is more than enough heighth for anything I'll use it for. Great purchase for the price.
